Dr. Matthias Frehner (*1955 in Winterthur; PhD in Art History) has been
Director of the Kunstmuseum Bern since August 2002. From 1996-2002 he was the
arts editor for the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, having previously been Keeper of
the Sammlung Oskar Reinhart 'Am Römerholz' in Winterthur. From 1990–1996
he was also Secretary of the Federal Committee of the
Gottfried-Keller-Stiftung. |
