Prof Dr Bernhart Schwenk Photo © Caroline Minjolle Prof Dr Bernhart Schwenk (*1960 in Wiesbaden) is an art historian. He has been head of the contemporary art collection and exhibition department at the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich since 2002. Previously he was a research assistant at the Schirn Kunsthalle in Frankfurt am Main (1991–1993) and exhibition curator at the Haus der Kunst in Munich (1993–2001).
